Job Overview
The Sr. Account Executive, Government Healthcare Connectivity Solutions is responsible for selling T-Mobile’s 5G Advanced Network Solutions portfolio to healthcare organizations, including Hybrid and Private Networks. This role focuses on helping healthcare providers enhance connectivity, streamline clinical operations, and improve patient care through innovative networking solutions. The Sr. Account Executive will drive revenue by managing relationships with existing healthcare clients and prospecting new opportunities in the healthcare sector.

This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry's unique connectivity needs, including secure data transfer, remote monitoring, telemedicine, and other digital health services. The Sr. Account Executive will work with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks to implement T-Mobile solutions that drive strategic improvements, optimize workflows, and realize cost savings.

Key responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, managing a sales funnel, accurately forecasting business, and closing deals. This role involves collaborating with healthcare executives, strategic partners, and internal T-Mobile teams to ensure successful adoption and integration of T-Mobile's connectivity solutions.

With a consultative sales approach, the Sr. Account Executive will engage with C-level healthcare leaders to understand their business challenges and propose tailored connectivity solutions. The position involves driving strategy and managing the entire sales cycle, from building value propositions and forming strategic partnerships to negotiating and closing deals.

This role requires a strong knowledge of both the healthcare sector and connectivity products, as well as the competitive landscape, to position T-Mobile as a key partner in healthcare technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Exhibits a healthy balance of both technical infrastructure (wireline & wireless) knowledge in addition to a consultative client engagement (soft selling skills) approach.Performs executive briefing engagements with the senior level field sales teams and executive C-level client leaders.Articulates business transformation message leveraging the value of 5GSA with clients.Develops proven vertical specific use cases for 5G ANS proliferation and acceptance across supported verticals.Attends trade shows and interact with clients and industry consultants from companies such as Gartner and KPMG to share the T-Mobile 5G ANS story.Successfully develops and manages a healthy funnel of opportunities using the MEDDPICC opportunity development processDevelops business in local assigned geographic markets in addition to assigned vertical segments.Identifies customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.Fully utilizes all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting. Ensure all internal departments have fulfilled responsibilities to bring new customers onboard. Research business information about prospects.Contract and sales negotiations.Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.


 Education:High School Diploma/GED (Required)Bachelor's Degree Business or Technology degree preferred. (Preferred)


 Work Experience:4-7 years 4 years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience with high tech sales. (Required)4-7 years 4 years selling complex product solutions as lead salesperson or customer facing Solutions Engineer, specifically focused on new logos or pure prospects. (Required)4-7 years 4 years of experience in complex solutions/applications. (Preferred)4-7 years Combination of 5 years sales and customer facing technical solutions experience. (Preferred)

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Technical Sales Technologically proficient in identified/specialized products (Required)Direct Sales Demonstrated success of meeting and exceeded sales targets and sales leadership. (Required)Direct Sales Demonstrated experience selling product solutions into Fortune 500 & 1,000 accounts. (Preferred)Sales Presentations Solid presentation skills. Total Target Cash Pay Range: $147,600 - $266,300, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $88,560 - $159,780
