In the Sr. Account Manager role, you would be responsible for building and managing a territory that meets/exceeds company revenue and margin goals. You would be responsible for the entire staffing solution including territory management, business development, recruitment, candidate presentations, assignment/placement management, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:Develop and manage a territory that results in achieving the financial objectives established by the ManagerIdentify hiring officials, their contact information, and hiring authorityAnalyze the sales potential within the account or target and establish a strategy to achieve revenue target for eachIdentify competitors within the account and any existing contractual agreementsIdentify cross selling opportunitiesDevelop strategies as to call frequency, company contact penetration, and market penetrationAchieve weekly minimum expectations for number of marketing calls, job orders, and send outs/interviews, billed working hours, and direct/contract margin dollarsMake personal onsite sales visits to secure job orders, clients, and business opportunitiesRecruitingCreate and post jobs that attract qualified candidatesReview candidate resumes that have been submitted by recruiting team submission to clientsPrep candidates for client interviewsBehavioral CompetenciesAttitude & Effort: Displays a willingness to learn, accept coaching/feedback, and practice the effort/activity required to succeedCustomer Satisfaction: Provides prompt, quality service to internal and external customers, creates effective working relationships and works to resolve issues effectively and professionallyTeamwork/Cooperation: Builds relationships with co-workers and supervisors by helping others, and supporting what’s best for the team/departmentRequirementsHybrid work environment. Must be able to be in the office as needed/directed by supervisorPreferred 5 years of sales, account management, business development, or related experiencePreferred staffing industry experience, specifically IT StaffingMust be able to communicate both orally and written in a clear, concise and effective mannerStrong problem-solving abilitiesMust be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner in all situationsTechnology savvy to navigate through our various tools and systems
