Sr. Accountant
Job Title: Sr. Accountant Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Accountant to join our team. The role involves participating in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. You will complete weekly and/or monthly reconciliations for all trial balance accounts, along with research and follow-up for assigned Joint Venture and/or Corporate entities. Additionally, you will maintain and assist with the processing of fixed assets, including additions, disposals, transfers, and monthly depreciation. You will prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax filing and maintain general ledger accounts. The role also includes assisting with Unclaimed Property Schedules, maintaining union liability accounts and reconciliations, providing support to project staff, assisting with insurance analysis and coordinating with the insurance department, and interacting with all department managers as well as internal/external companies. You will assist in external audits with timely and accurate PBC requests and supporting schedules.
