Job Description
+ Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company’s financial health and performance.
+ Perform moderate to complex financial analysis to support business leaders in decision-making.
+ Prepare, review, and analyze customer and product pricing strategies, including contract execution.
+ Oversee pricing for new and existing products, present competitive pricing recommendations, and monitor product-level margin analysis.
+ Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement product pricing strategies across various markets and channels.
+ Document, communicate, and review comparative pricing, customer, and product data.
+ Conduct margin analysis to support business initiatives and strategies.
+ Identify and resolve issues related to customers, products, pricing, and margins.
+ Support the finance department during the month-end close process, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
+ Prepare account reconciliations, analyze results, and resolve any discrepancies.
+ Assist with the annual audit process.
+ Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
+ Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and streamline processes, aligning with the company’s commitment to continuous improvement.
+ Evaluate and analyze revenue, operating expenses, product profitability, capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, and financial statements.
+ Assist in maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of costing data.
Skills and Qualifications Required
+ Superior analytical skills with an insatiable curiosity for business. Passionate about turning data into actionable information to drive value.
+ Exemplary business partnership, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational management skills.
+ Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Excel.
+ Experience with accounting, reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence systems.
+ Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
