Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Calabasas, California. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, including reconciling accounts, maintaining general ledger, and preparing journal entries in compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements. This role will also involve close collaboration with our Merchandise and Events teams to ensure accurate accounting of COGS and Inventory. Responsibilities: • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of monthly close responsibilities related to Inventory and COGS. • Collaborate with our Merchandise and Events teams to ensure all COGS and Inventory are accurately accounted for each project. • Create settlements and monitor all costs at a detailed level with 3rd party merchandise partners. • Conduct investigations and reconcile company's ERP with 3rd party merchandise partners. • Perform month-end close tasks as defined by management, including the preparation of journal entries in accordance with GAAP and SOX requirements. • Contribute to special projects as assigned, including the implementation of new initiatives.
