Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Mira Loma, California, United States. In this role, you will have the responsibility of managing complex financial transactions and major accounts in the financial statements. You will also be involved in the maintenance of daily cashbooks, reconciliation of bank accounts, and the preparation of various forms and reports. Responsibilities: • Analyze and reconcile General Ledger (G/L) accounts • Facilitate the execution of monthly journal entries • Engage with affiliates, operations, sales, and accounting/finance departments • Oversee the maintenance of fixed asset records and capital projects tracking • Prepare monthly reports to aid the review of financial statements • Assist in the preparation of supporting documents for quarterly reviews and year-end financial audit • Handle the preparation and submission of forms and reports requested by various governmental agencies • Maintain daily cashbook and reconcile bank accounts • Contribute to various special projects as needed Requirements • Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Sr. Accountant • Proficiency in General Ledger accounting is necessary • The applicant should be skilled in Financial Analysis • Experience in Supervisory Oversight is required • Knowledge of Fixed Assets management is crucial • Familiarity with Month End Close procedures is necessary • Experience in preparing Month-end Journal Entries is required • The candidate should have participated in Annual Internal Audits in previous roles Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
