Description We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to oversee key financial functions, mentor junior team members, and drive process improvements for our client’s growing business. This role is perfect for experienced professionals skilled in QuickBooks and looking to make an impact. Key Responsibilities + Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy. + Manage general ledger functions, reconciliations, and month-end closings. + Lead accounts payable/receivable operations. + Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis. + Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with audits. + Mentor and train junior accounting staff. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally with QuickBooks. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Strong analytical and communication skills.
