Job Description A client is seeking a Sr. Accountant in Hunt Valley, MD. This is supporting a Manufacturing and Engineering client who operates in the government space. This person is responsible for the following: Accounts receivable duties Cash forecasting Bank and Order Reconciliations Collections Inter-company invoicing Maintain and process commissions Maintain Sales Orders (entries and billings) Perform journal entries Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions Distributes expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables according to schedules Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
