Description We are offering a contract to permanent position as a Sr. Accountant in Atlanta, Georgia. The Sr. Accountant will be a key part of our team, taking on responsibilities that include processing journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and analyzing financial data across all entities. This role will be fully remote, providing a flexible work environment. Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed financial analysis to assist in the reorganization of our finance group • Perform balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and completeness • Process journal entries as part of the accounting cycle • Provide insights on contract labor accruals and analysis • Manage the financial processes for all 11 entities • Assist in the development of new financial processes and systems • Utilize software such as PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for financial management • Ensure accurate account reconciliation and month-end close activities • Use Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data management • Work independently, demonstrating a self-starter attitude in managing tasks and responsibilities.
