Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role is primarily focused on managing daily operations and handling client inquiries. You will also be involved in processing invoices and undertaking special projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide operations support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Conduct research as necessary for various projects
• Manage and execute special projects as assigned. Requirements
• Proficiency in processing vendor invoices, with a strong ability to handle high volume transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrated experience in operations support, with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and business processes.
• Proven ability to manage special projects, including the coordination of resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role or in a related field with a strong focus on detail.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all accounting tasks.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
• Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ethical conduct and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
