Requirements The ideal Senior Accountant will have the following: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field • Minimum of two years of experience in a senior accountant role or similar position • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required • Ability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation is essential • Experience with Bank Reconciliations is needed • Must have a strong understanding of General Ledger • Capable of handling Journal Entries • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is a must • Experience in Month End Close operations is required • Familiarity with NetSuite software is desirable • Proficiency in using Oracle software is preferred • Knowledge of SAP software is necessary • Experience with QuickBooks is beneficial • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
