This role is integral to the functioning of our team, and involves a broad range of tasks including account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and other general accounting duties. This position is situated in a dynamic, fast-paced industry. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the general ledger • Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance • Reconcile balance sheets and deliver summary reconciliation reports to the management team • Handle detailed, complex bank reconciliations • Prepare and adjust journal entries • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, manipulation, and reporting tasks • Conduct month-end and year-end closures • Operate accounting software including NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP to maintain financial records and prepare reports • Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements. Requirements • Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior accounting role. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. • Competence in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is necessary. • Experience with Bank Reconciliations is mandatory. • Applicants should have a strong understanding of General Ledger operations. • Proficiency in creating and managing Journal Entries is required. • Applicants must be skilled in using Microsoft Excel for accounting purposes. • Experience with Month End Close procedures is necessary. • Knowledge and experience in using NetSuite for accounting tasks is mandatory. • Familiarity with Oracle-based accounting systems is required. • Applicants should have experience with SAP accounting software.
