Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Accountant to join our team based in Tampa, Florida. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting through various responsibilities including processing accounts payable and receivable, managing depreciation, and maintaining up-to-date inventory records. Responsibilities: • Prepare journal entries for month-end close to ensure accurate financial reporting • Conduct monthly balance sheet and P& L reconciliations • Handle processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Oversee daily bank accounts monitoring and reconciliation • Manage monthly Sales Tax for Florida • Oversee depreciation and maintenance of Fixed asset ledgers • Handle intercompany reconciliation, billings, and inventory management • Collaborate with Operations to collect inventory information and perform cycle count • Ensure accuracy and currency of inventory records. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in a similar role as a Senior Accountant. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related • Ability work work on-site with minimal supervision • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary. • Experience with Month End Close is crucial. • Knowledge of QuickBooks is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
