Description We are on the lookout for a Sr. Accountant to join our team located in Southwest metro, Minnesota. This role is positioned within the industry and will offer an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid model. The Sr. Accountant will be primarily tasked with managing end-of-month procedures, general ledger activities, and assisting with financial statements. The candidate will also be expected to handle account reconciliation tasks, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. Salary up to $100k. Responsibilities • Oversee end-of-month closing procedures with attention to detail • Manage account reconciliation tasks in an effective manner • Oversee balance sheet reconciliation processes accurately • Conduct bank reconciliations ensuring timeliness and accuracy • Oversee and manage activities related to the general ledger • Prepare and post journal entries as necessary • Leverage Microsoft Excel for a variety of accounting tasks • Utilize Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for diverse accounting procedures. Requirements • Proven experience as a Sr. Accountant for a minimum of 3 years • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation tasks • Expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation • Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations • Solid understanding of General Ledger operations • Ability to prepare and adjust Journal Entries • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Experience in Month End Close procedures • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
