Description We are on the search for a Sr. Accountant to contribute to our team. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be tasked with the efficient and accurate processing of account reconciliations, maintaining balance sheets, and handling bank reconciliations. In this role, you will also be involved in month end close, reporting analysis, and process improvement. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process account reconciliations while ensuring accuracy • Maintain balance sheets and keep them up to date • Handle bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies • Participate in month end close procedures and activities • Conduct reporting analysis and present findings to the team • Identify process improvements and implement changes • Regularly review and update the general ledger • Prepare and post journal entries as required • Utilize Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP in daily tasks and functions. Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential • Expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is mandatory • Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations is a must • Extensive knowledge of the General Ledger is required • Experience with Journal Entries is crucial • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary • Experience with Month End Close is required • Familiarity with NetSuite is a significant advantage • Knowledge of Oracle is highly desirable • Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
