The selected individual will be part of a dynamic team in the manufacturing industry, focusing on a variety of accounting tasks. The role will involve working with multiple entities and handling responsibilities from general ledger maintenance to month-end close processes. Responsibilities: • Accurately perform account and balance sheet reconciliations • Efficiently manage bank reconciliations • Handle multi-entity accounting tasks • Assist in maintaining the general ledger • Prepare and post journal entries as necessary • Utilize NetSuite software for accounting tasks • Contribute to month-end close procedures • Report to the Assistant Controller as required • Engage in cost accounting activities • Use Microsoft Excel and ERP Software Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation • Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations • Comprehensive understanding of the General Ledger • Expertise in making Journal Entries • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience in Month End Close activities • Familiarity with NetSuite software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
