Description We are in the process of hiring a Sr. Accountant for our operations based in Groveport, Ohio. This role will involve managing financial activities such as account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will have an opportunity to work with a variety of accounting systems including NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP. Responsibilities: • Execution of account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy in financial records • Management of balance sheet reconciliation activities to maintain financial stability • Conduct bank reconciliations to guarantee the accuracy of financial transactions • Oversee and manage the general ledger to ensure proper record keeping • Prepare and adjust journal entries to reflect accurate financial activities • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial data management and reporting tasks • Manage month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Utilize NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for various accounting and financial operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is needed for the role of Sr. Accountant • Ability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation is a crucial requirement • Experience with Bank Reconciliations is necessary for this position • Strong understanding of General Ledger is required • The candidate should be experienced in making Journal Entries • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a key requirement for this role • The candidate should be familiar with Month End Close procedures • Experience with NetSuite is considered an asset for the Sr. Accountant role • Proficiency in Oracle is a significant advantage for this role • Knowledge of SAP is essential for the Sr. Accountant role Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
