Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing various client accounts within the detail oriented services sector. Your primary responsibilities will include bookkeeping, payroll and tax services, financial statement preparation, and other accounting and consulting services. Responsibilities: • Execute accurate and efficient processing of client accounting services, including bookkeeping and payroll. • Manage and administer payroll tax, sales, and use tax for various client accounts. • Prepare financial statements and identify any issues that need rectification. • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of tax accounting principles and standard accounting processes to maintain a company's business transactions in the general ledger. • Perform account reconciliations and work paper preparations. • Prepare and post journal entries, adapting work as required by the level of engagement. • Leverage technical skill sets, including Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP, to streamline accounting processes. • Facilitate balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close procedures. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation is essential • Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is required • Must be skilled in performing Bank Reconciliations • Familiarity with General Ledger management is necessary • Ability to process Journal Entries accurately and efficiently • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must • Experience in conducting Month End Close procedures • Proficiency in using NetSuite software is beneficial • Familiarity with the Oracle software suite is desirable • Experience with SAP software is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
