Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Accountant to join our team in Willmar, MN area. The Sr. Accountant will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring that our accounting and financial processes are running smoothly and accurately. The role is critical to our organization as it involves a wide array of accounting duties, including maintaining the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities: • Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger and ensure its accuracy • Handle the reconciliation of accounts to ensure financial integrity • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for internal use • Participate in the budgeting process and assist in financial forecasting • Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external reporting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures • Provide assistance during audits and ensure all documentation is in order • Engage in the continuous review and improvement of financial processes and procedures • Be part of the leadership traction team, contributing to strategic decision making.
