As a Sr. Accountant, your main role will be to manage and ensure the accuracy of our financial records, including reconciliations, general ledger management, and month-end closing procedures. Contact Jackie Meza today for additional information 209.227.6563 Responsibilities • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the processing of account reconciliations • Oversee balance sheet reconciliation procedures to maintain financial integrity • Handle bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting • Manage the general ledger, ensuring it is accurate and up to date • Prepare and post journal entries as part of the financial reporting process • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report on financial data • Conduct month-end close procedures in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the field of accounting, preferably within the Aerospace industry. • Proficient in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial statements align and discrepancies are addressed promptly. • Experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation, ensuring all assets, liabilities, and equity are accurately represented and reconciled. • Capability to perform Bank Reconciliations, comparing company's financial records with bank statements to ensure consistency. • Strong understanding and experience with General Ledger, maintaining and reviewing the main accounting records. • Proficiency in creating and managing Journal Entries, recording all financial transactions of the company. • Mastery of Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to create spreadsheets, use advanced formulas, and perform data analysis. • Experience in Month End Close procedures, ensuring all financial data is accurate and prepared for the following month.
