Description Growing manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant. This role is essential in driving financial accuracy, efficiency, and operational success! Responsibilities + Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations. + Analyze production costs, track variances, and improve profitability. + Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. + Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulations. + Identify and implement process improvements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
