What You’ll Do: As a Senior Accountant in the FTEP program, your responsibilities may include: + Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements. + Overseeing the month-end and year-end close processes. + Reconciling accounts, managing journal entries, and maintaining the general ledger. + Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. + Supporting internal and external audit functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP. + Providing technical accounting expertise for process improvements and system implementations. + Mentoring junior team members and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Requirements Key Qualifications: To excel in this role, we’re looking for candidates with: + Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role (5+ years preferred). + Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting principles. + Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures. + Advanced expertise in accounting systems like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite; Microsoft Excel proficiency is a must. + Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus). + Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in different industries and environments.
