Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Leawood, Kansas. You will become part of a dynamic team in the finance and accounting industry, where your skills in account reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, financial analysis, variance analysis, and lease accounting will be put to great use. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business strategies and performance • Ensure accurate account reconciliation and maintain general ledger • Analyze variance in financial data and provide meaningful insights • Oversee lease accounting matters, ensuring compliance and accuracy • Actively monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when needed • Uphold highest standards of accuracy while processing customer applications. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accountant role is required • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and management of General Ledger • Previous Public Accounting experience required • Capability to Analyze Variance in financial data • Prior experience in Lease Accounting prefered but not must have • A degree in accounting or a related field is required • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work • Exceptional communication and organizational skills • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Proficiency in accounting software and Office Suite Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
