Description We are looking to onboard a Sr. Accountant for our operations based in Woodland Hills, California, United States. Engaging in this role, you will handle tasks such as account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately execute bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy • Maintain the general ledger and make necessary adjustments • Review financial statements and make relevant corrections • Manage the month-end close process efficiently • Record journal entries with precision • Use Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks • Oversee Account Reconciliation process to ensure all transactions are accounted for • Handle Balance Sheet Reconciliation tasks to maintain financial accuracy • Be responsible for the review and management of CapEx. Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in account reconciliation is a necessary requirement. • Expertise in balance sheet reconciliation is essential. • The potential candidate should have experience in conducting bank reconciliations. • The candidate must be familiar with maintaining and managing a general ledger. • Experience in creating and managing journal entries is a key requirement. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary for this role. • The candidate must have experience in conducting month-end close procedures. • The candidate should be capable of reviewing and interpreting financial statements. • Experience in managing and tracking CapEx is an added advantage.
