Description Compensation: $85-100k, DOE Benefits: MDV, STD & LTD, PTO, 401(k) w/ match Work Arrangement: Full-time, permanent/direct hire Schedule: Full-time, Onsite About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Senior Accountant for our growing client in the professional services industry. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, leading month-end close processes, and supporting technical accounting initiatives. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, CPA-certified accounting professional with experience in corporate accounting and a strong understanding of GAAP. Key Responsibilities: + Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. + Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. + Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies. + Assist in technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards. + Reconcile general ledger accounts and analyze variances. + Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by collaborating with FP& A. + Work closely with external auditors during annual audits and regulatory reporting. + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Requirements Qualifications: + CPA required. + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + 3-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate accounting or public accounting.
