Job Description

  

In this role, you will be a key member of Accounting team.  You must be a dedicated team player committed to working in a high growth organization and partnering local finance teams in addressing corporate accounting matters for three North America manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:

All aspects of Cash, GR/IR, Prepaids, Payroll and Accruals accounting:Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end balancing and closing proceduresMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial recordsInterco balances reconciliationOversee A/R activities, A/R aging, unapplied cash.Cash forecastAssist in GAAP audits and preparing audit supporting schedules (PBC)Identify trends, anomalies, inefficiencies, and gaps in accounting processes and provide actionable recommendations to address areas, streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and improve productivityOther duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of the relevant accounting experience.Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required;Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is beneficial but not requiredProven ability in working with SAP is required, advanced Excel.Is self-motivated and can work with limited supervisionTime managementExhibit an assertive personality with a strong bias for action with a results-orientation; tackles tough problems with firm deadlinesPlease note that due to the requirements from the Department of Energy, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED
