Description Robert Half Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Chesterfield searching for a Senior Accountant. Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will: • Generate daily treasury reports and perform financial analysis to support decision-making processes. • Prepare and post journal entries for various financial transactions, such as accruals, prepayments, and adjustments. • Reconcile general ledger accounts to confirm accuracy and completeness of financial data. • Analyze financial trends and identify unusual variances or anomalies. • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards. • Support audit activities by providing accurate and well-organized documentation. • Maintain precise and comprehensive financial records. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for financial reporting. Minimum qualifications: BS Degree, 2+ years’ full cycle accounting and intermediate MS Excel skills.
