Description We are in the process of hiring a Sr. Accountant to join our team based in Westborough, Massachusetts, 01752, United States. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be expected to handle a variety of duties, including the management of customer credit applications, the maintenance of customer records, and the resolution of customer queries. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing customer accounts and taking necessary actions. For immediate interview please call Victor Muller directly at 508 205 2136 Responsibilities: • Oversee the accounting of capitalized software development costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit standards • Management of bank reconciliation, fixed asset accounting, and other miscellaneous GL accounts • Contribute to departmental goals and objectives with a focus on continuous business process improvement, internal control, and financial analysis related to capital spending • Preparation and review of journal entries as required • Handle the setup of new vendors, ensuring vendor authentication • Manage corporate credit card accounts • Conduct weekly/monthly cash forecasting for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Oversee weekly wire processing and reconciliation of prepaids as necessary.
