Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry located in Lakewood, New Jersey. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be handling various accounting tasks ranging from account reconciliation to maintaining general ledger, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Responsibilities: • Conducting regular account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. • Handling balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. • Executing bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded. • Maintaining and updating the general ledger on a regular basis. • Preparing and submitting journal entries, ensuring the accuracy of all financial records. • Utilizing Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and create reports.
