Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. Assist with the preparation of financial analysis reports and data. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. Assist with the annual audit process. Implement and monitor internal controls.Skills:
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is required.
Experience in the automotive parts and retail industry is highly beneficial.
Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Experience with financial reporting and financial statement preparation.
