Job Summary

Now, imagine stepping into the role of Senior Accounting Analyst, where you'll spearhead reserve analysis, balance sheet oversight, and corporate reconciliations. But that's just the start. Welcome to the next chapter-it's going to be remarkable. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Financial Accounting.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Perform analysis over specific balance sheet reserve accounts
* Support oversight of the Corporate balance sheet by facilitating the review of reconciliations and holding monthly meetings with other accounting departments and sectors
* Establish and maintain policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
* Collaborate with business partners for an accurate and successful month-end close
* Monthly accounting close activities, including journal entries
* Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are timely, clear, and accurate
* Assist in annual audit by providing requested reports and schedules
* Provide ad-hoc reports as requested by management
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
* CPA/CPA Candidate
* 3 - 5+ years of accounting/finance experience (public accounting and/or industry)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Solid understanding of IFRS and US GAAP
* Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* MS Office proficiency
* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft Power Platform / process automation experience
* SAP & Hyperion/Essbase experience
* 2+ years Public Accounting experience
* MS in Accounting
* Experience with SOX compliance testing & internal controls
* Experience with a large company (> $3 billion sales preferred)
