Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the property management industry, located in Ocala, Florida. We are in search of a Sr. Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of processing financial transactions, maintaining and reconciling accounts, and solving accounting discrepancies. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently processing financial transactions • Managing accounts payable and receivable • Reconciliation of accounts in a timely manner • Investigation, tracking, and resolving of accounting or documentation issues • Preparation of bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements • Entering key financial transaction data into the database daily • Completing special projects as assigned • Undertaking cross-training in the duties and responsibilities of the Accounting Department as needed.
