Sr. Accounting Manager at TSI

The Sr Accounting Manger will manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant accounting standards. Additionally, this position will manage a team, post journal entries, prepare/review account reconciliations, and lead areas of audit preparation.

 

What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with TSI, you will:

Manage the staff accountant team. Manage the monthly financial close process including account reconciliations and general ledger. Prepare monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for the company along with the consolidated statements for the parent company. Analyze financial reports and make accounting treatment decisions relative to the accounting of reserves, amortizations, accruals, assets, and expenditures. Lead areas of audit preparation. Ensure compliance with company policies. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

 

What Do You Need?
Required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including financial reporting 3+ years managing a team

Desired

CPA Certificate (non-active status is acceptable) or MBA
