Key job responsibilities Advertising Trust Policy team (AT Policy) is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Senior Advertising Policy Manager with strong product knowledge across entertainment apps and devices, excellent analytical abilities, ability to drive consensus, exceptional problem solving skills, and creative vision for advertising that will enhance the customer experience with demonstrated experience leading through influence on initiatives that involve cross-functional teams. Basic Qualifications Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload of both short and long term goals and deliver results in a fast-paced environment · Understanding of the impact ad policy decisions have on advertisers and retail customers · Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams including advertising sales · Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine process improvements · Superior written and verbal communication skills that set the standard for the organization · Bachelor degree Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree, law degree, or MBA. Proven experience working with designers and creative in advertising and/or marketing. Proven experience working with metrics and data analysis Proven experience working on digital advertising. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
