Join our newest delivery channel team, a rapidly expanding delivery network of small business delivery partners. This delivery program offers small businesses the chance to earn extra income by delivering in their flex time. This program is committed to growing the largest network of small business delivery partners in the world and consistently improving our customer experience. We are looking for a top-performing sales representative to join our team and deliver results in some of our most challenging regions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to transform local businesses in communities across the country by recruiting new business partners to become part of this amazing program.
ResponsibilitiesTravel to new and established markets to represent our program.Generate program interest through prospecting and building relationships with local community leaders.Educate small businesses about the program and generate interest to create a candidate funnel, tracking progress in CRM (Salesforce).Collaborate with regional Business Development Managers and internal stakeholders to initiate or grow candidate pipelines.Familiarize yourself with recruiting regions and develop acquisition strategies based on the total addressable market and current program footprint.Acquire new delivery partners through referrals, door-to-door knocking, and hosting local events.Set accurate expectations with candidates to establish long-term successful partnerships.Identify efficiency opportunities and develop operational improvements to enhance the Partner experience.Manage funnel opportunities when not traveling to continue growing the program by partnering with multiple internal stakeholders and potential partners across the country.Essential SkillsField Sales experienceOutside Sales experienceBusiness DevelopmentAccount ManagementSalesforce2+ years of field sales experienceConsistent track record of exceeding sales goalsValid driver's license and ability to rent a carAdditional Skills & QualificationsBilingual in SpanishWork Environment
This role is office-based when not on assignment in the field. It requires ample travel, with an expectation of 50%-75% travel. Travel costs will be reimbursed. You will be part of an elite team within this Program, with high visibility within the leadership team. This is a long-term contract with the potential to become permanent at the end of the contract period.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00
