Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant in Mount Olive, New Jersey. The role is within the marketing industry and entails supporting high-level executives and managing comprehensive administrative tasks. The workplace involves a dynamic environment where you will utilize your expertise in Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, About Time, Calendar Management, Communication, Conference Calls, Consumer Marketing, and Global Marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with marketing director or VP types to implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.
• Leverage CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and process customer applications efficiently.
• Utilize communication skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Organize, coordinate, and manage calendar schedules and conference calls.
• Develop and manage consumer marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• Participate in global marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Utilize Cisco Webex Meetings and Concur for effective time management and coordination of tasks.
• Design and implement Banner Ads as part of the marketing strategy.
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role, such as a Senior Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
• Strong proficiency in Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, and About Time software.
• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings and conference calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Consumer Marketing, Global Marketing, and Growth Marketing is desirable.
• Proficient with general office applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Demonstrated capacity to provide comprehensive support for executive-level staff including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and effectively managing all essential tasks.
• Proven track record of managing projects, working with multiple teams, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field is preferred.
