Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?The Enterprise Innovation team is looking for an experienced administrative professional to join their mission to use innovation to enhance business outcomes today and prepare Travelers to meet the rapidly changing demands of tomorrow. This role will provide complex administrative and project management support for the Chief Innovation Officer and the team. If you are agile, creative, and curious, this might be the role for you.What Will You Do?Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for Chief Innovation Officer and team.Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Prepare and edit agendas, correspondence, presentations, and other professional documents.Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, prioritizing and redirecting as necessary.Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting materials, and minutes.Arrange team offsites including serving as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders to confirm availability and logistics. May require occasional travel.Assist in planning and executing departmental projects and events including tracking project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.Support interdepartmental communication and ensure deadlines are met.Complete other administrative tasks as needed including maintaining filing systems in MS Teams, monitoring and ordering office supplies and preparing and submitting expense accounts and other type expenses.What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?Minimum of 5 years of related work experience preferred.Advanced skill level required for software applications, including advanced database queries, complicated Excel spreadsheets (i.e., vlookup).Utilizes multiple software packages to prepare highly confidential correspondence and complex documents.Independently designs advanced spreadsheets, graphics, presentations, and database applications.

What is a Must Have?High school degree or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
