Sr. Administrative Assistant
Description Are you an experienced and resourceful administrative professional ready to take your career to the next level? Robert Half is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for a dynamic and growing client in San Diego, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level support to executives or senior managers while helping a mission-driven organization achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities: + Supporting executives or senior managers with comprehensive administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparing reports. + Drafting and proofreading correspondence, presentations, and documents in a professional and timely manner. + Performing advanced data entry and organizing information to create accurate and detailed reports. + Actively coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports. + Facilitating communication and acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. + Managing complex project timelines and ensuring tasks are executed on time. + Supervising office administration functions, including maintaining supplies, managing schedules, and overseeing junior staff, if applicable. + Providing support with special projects and confidential matters as needed. Requirements + Experience: Minimum 4+ years of prior administrative support experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior leadership or executives preferred. + Technology: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Familiarity with project management tools or CRMs (e.g., Salesforce or Asana) is a plus. + Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders at all levels. + Multitasking: Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. + Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions with minimal supervision. + Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. + Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
