Description
We are inviting applications for the role of Sr. Administrative Assistant working in a well-established organization located in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and encompasses managing administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining effective communication channels in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate effective communication by managing conference calls using Cisco Webex and MS Teams Meetings.
• Coordinate and book travel arrangements, utilizing Concur for the smooth functioning of the team.
• Efficiently manage the calendar to ensure the seamless functioning of day-to-day operations.
• Leverage your administrative experience to handle complex tasks and improve team productivity.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook for email communication, scheduling meetings, and task management.
• Oversee budget processes, ensuring the efficient use of resources within the team.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests for information.
• Maintain organized records of customer credit applications and account details.
• Proactively monitor customer accounts, taking necessary action when required.

Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant within the Higher Education industry
• Proficient in using Cisco Webex and MS Teams Meetings for managing and organizing virtual meetings
• Experience with Concur for managing expense reports and business requests
• Understanding and experience of Budget Processes within a higher education setting
• Excellent Calendar Management skills to handle multiple schedules and appointments
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders
• Experience in managing Conference Calls with multiple participants
• Capable of Arranging Travel details such as flights, accommodations, and itineraries
• Experience in using Book Travel Arrangements and Concur Travel for seamless coordination of travel plans
• Ability to Coordinate Travel Arrangements for other staff members as required
• Proven Administrative experience within a fast-paced, complex organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email communication, meeting scheduling, and task management
