What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, or other technical discipline10+ years of strong, diverse experience in the data and analytics spaceDeep understanding of the product and commercial application of credit dataExperience working with credit data, either within a risk management or product contextAbility to lead through influence; thrives in “the matrix”Bring a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think dynamicallyStrong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholdersComfortable presenting to senior audiences, either externally or internally Project management experience and familiarity with Agile framework; solid attention to detail and operational focusStrong problem solving and interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a diverse team Experience with strategic planningAdaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate the dynamic nature of product development and data analysis.Impact You'll Make:
