The purpose of the Ops AI Compliance team is to manage Ops compliance with rapidly changing global AI regulations. This candidate acts as a AI compliance subject-matter expert, specifically focusing on risk management throughout a service's lifecycle.



Key job responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the Ops AI risk management program.
- Lead AI risk assessments.
- Partner with Ops business owners to identify and mitigation AI risks.
- Develop solutions to manage AI risk workflows and documentation.
- Identify, gather, track, and report risk metrics to Ops leadership.
- Manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Must be a good human that enjoys being part of a fun team.
