**Job Summary**
The Supply Chain Analytics - Sr. Analyst provides oversight for the design and creation of analytics products, data pipelines, and complex data modeling. This individual will work heavily with stakeholders to manage the execution of development for Sourcing Spend Analytics functionality including: Creating project plans, resource planning, defining complex requirements, reporting progress to stakeholders, guiding development process, creating test plans, training and adoption. This individual will also assist with large scale analytics products and support department growth by assisting with new project intake and planning/managing high priority initiatives for departments falling under the Supply Chain structure, which includes

**Essential Functions of the Role**
+ Leading requirements gathering discussions with stakeholders to understand the business needs and propose data driven solutions
+ Translating business needs to technical specifications
+ Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders in non-technical terminology
+ Creating project timelines and reporting out on progress, milestones, roadblocks and budget impacts
+ Gathering and documenting business requirements, design requirements, test cases and scripts, facilitating user acceptance on data warehouse and business intelligence solutions
+ Creative and complex problem solving skills
+ Self-learning capabilities as needed to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions
+ Detail design specifications for technical projects including wireframing, model design, ETL specifications
+ Ad hoc and Root Cause Analysis to support project initiatives and issue troubleshooting
+ Working with advanced technical developers to provide guidance on requirements and test/validate design build

**Schedule:** Hybrid, In-office one day per week
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of Snowflake, PowerBI, Data Factory, Data Modeling
+ Ability to write complex SQL queries
+ Excellent documentation and communication skills
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
+ EXPERIENCE - 4 Years of Experience
