Sr. Analyst, Business Development

The Sr. Analyst will be a key member of the corporate development team. The candidate will be the primary driver of analytics processes for the corporate development team, managing a portfolio of projects in alignment with the strategic goals and initiatives of the business as well as recommending and supporting the implementation of technology solutions. The Sr. Analyst will gain a strong understanding of the business while interacting and partnering with a variety of teams throughout DaVita to determine what new solutions and products will result in the greatest overall impact to the corporate development team’s efforts.

The corporate development team focuses their efforts on building partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and health systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with a variety of key internal stakeholders, including but not limited to corporate development, technology specific centers of excellence, IT, field operations, corporate strategy, legal, and compliance.  The candidate will be reporting into the business development strategy and special projects team.

The Sr. Analyst must be able to work successfully with cross-functional teams as well as be comfortable interacting directly with both peers and executives across departments. Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to track Corporate Development activities and senior leadership leveraging data sourced from SalesforceCorporate Development team Salesforce Super UserProvide orientation and technical support to teamIdentify and implement areas of improvement in the Salesforce ecosystemLiaison with Salesforce development team on issues and improvementsEducate Corporate Development team on changes to platform or workflowsStrategy thought partner, ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce (preferred) or other CRMsExperience in data visualization platforms (Tableau preferred)Experience in Excel data manipulationInterest and strengths in data analysis and innovationA focus on analytical process improvementA self-starter mentality and thoughtful execution abilitiesStrong communication skills, ability to communicate well at the VP-levelPrioritization skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrentlyBachelor’s degree2+ years of experience with data analytics and business intelligence; regulated industry experience preferred

Salary/ Wage Range

$68,400.00 - $100,400.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
