Job DescriptionAs part of the Product Analytics & Experimentation team, we support a data driven and results focused product organization. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of product analytics, data science, product development and business understanding. The candidate will have strong technical, analytical and product background.
Responsibilities
Partner with Commerce Product teams to surface growth opportunities and formulate recommendations in service of improving new paid customer acquisition.Work within large datasets to interpret trends and turn those into sound recommendations with guidance from Senior Manager of Product Analytics.Maintain, update, and distribute actionable dashboards or reports to ensure data democratization and informed decision making.Partner with Data Engineering teams to identify and enhance data sources.Prepare and inform material for senior level executive presentations with support from Senior Manager of Product Analytics.Leverage data visualization tools like Tableau and Databricks to curate self-serve reporting for cross-functional teams.Qualifications2+ years of applied experience in subscriptions, acquisition, direct to consumer or media entertainment with strong analytics focus on product, growth, project management, & user behavior.Experience defining instrumentation and analytics for customer data from digital analytics platforms.Experience working with product analytics and experimentation stack (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Airflow, Github, Optimizely, split.io etc.)Proficient in SQL and Excel (Python or R a plus.)Experience performing analysis with large time series datasets, i.e. Amazon AWS, Snowflake, or Google Big Query.Experience in defining data collection and measurement requirements.Knowledge of A/B and multivariate tools, as well as statistical modelsDesired Characteristics

Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000
