POSITION PURPOSE / SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position):
This position is responsible for developing, reporting and analyzing regional volume forecast, budget and actuals. In addition, performing sales and margin analysis versus plan, forecast and prior year. Lastly, partnering closely with the key stakeholders in the Commercial Team to analyze and produce sales and margin forecast at the customer, category, trade channel, site and store level.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (include titles of positions directly reporting to this position):
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Interacts with all levels throughout organization including employees and outside vendors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a daily, monthly, and quarterly regional sales and margin report versus budget, forecast and prior year. Prepare regional budget and rolling volume forecast and analyze actuals versus budget, forecast and prior year variances. Assist in preparation of sales and margin forecast at the customer, category, trade channel, site, and store level. Prepare Day 2 sales analysis and highlight sales performance results for investor release. Perform total company margin analysis showing actual versus budget, forecast and prior year. Participate in and/or leads projects of moderate to complex scope as assigned.

Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, and financial reporting Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of resources. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. The ability to identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts. Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations. Adheres to local, state, and federal laws. Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years’ experience in financial analysis and budgeting and/or accounting. Previous experience in the retail industry preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education, work experience, and training. Computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP Experience in BPC and SAC preferred

SALARY RANGE: $72,000 - $80,000 USD annualized, plus bonus potential
