Qualifications
What is expected of you and others at this level
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of Lean Six Sigma/Project Management/Process Improvement concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects.Works on complex projects of large scopeDesign, develop, test and deploy solutions (automation & process improvement) consistent with organization objectives in line with process, people, policy, and technology challenges.Modernize systems through automation projects delivered.Deliver quantifiable value (type 1 and type 2 savings) through automation, process improvement, and data analytics.Work effectively with stakeholders (operations, digital partners, etc.) in value creation and process improvement/Manage relationship with stakeholders, maintaining regular cadences and alignment.Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects.Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
