The following position is to join our Corporate RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) team: Role Overview: Sr. Analyst, DDI Administrator is responsible for maintaining the Domain Name Service (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and IP Address Management (IPAM) for RTX. This includes adding domain records and zones, defining DHCP scopes and reservations, managing IP space allocations, and ensuring security and performance of related systems. What You Will Do: + Work independently, but as part of a global team in support of the RTX global network service + Creating and editing DNS records + Managing DNS zones and subdomains + Managing DHCP scopes and reservations + Troubleshooting connectivity issues related to DNS and DHCP + Installing, configuring and patching DDI systems + Managing DDI server hardware and software + Maintain documentation and drawings for DDI infrastructure + Working with network engineers and system administrators to resolve network issues + Full compliance with company’s policies and procedures + Strong client and service-focused mindset, demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer issues. Qualifications You Must Have: + Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field + 1-2 years customer service experience + 1-2 years experience with system administration and networking + U.S. Citizen or US Person + Location: REMOTE Qualifications We Prefer: + Technical writing and Process documentation skills + DDI and Cloud Preferred + Familiarity with ITIL methodology including Incident, Change and Configuration Management + Experience with DDI management tools (Infoblox, Microsoft, BIND) + Knowledge of network protocols + Knowledge of scripting languages for automation What We Offer: Whether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs. The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
