Job Summary

We are hiring a Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Applications Programming who will support the payroll on-prem application using SAP in conjunction with our HRIT Functional team and HR Payroll team.  Build and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central payroll on-prem to integrate with ADP including but not limited to custom programs and reports.

 

Position: This position is Remote and must be performed in a state in which the company is approved to do business (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Nevada)

 

Role Reports into: Director, External Applications 

 

Job Responsibilities:  

Gather business requirements from the business community and define the SAP configuration settings and master data setup, and/or business process changes to satisfy the requirements.  Coordinate with other system analysts and other SAP functional leads when changes have cross-functional impact.  Apply systems development methodologies to install, modify, maintain, test and document new software or configuration/software changes.  Modify, test and validate system configuration and master data changes.  Oversee the development of custom code and consideration of code being enabled thru standard, SAP acceptable best practices that do not interfere with future SAP upgradeability.  Train end-users in the proper use of SAP functionality. Build, test and deploy reports, classes, User exits, enhancements, IDOCs, BAPI, BADIs, web services, data migration, Smartform, scripts and interfaces.  Perform second-level support for SAP “How to” questions which can’t be answered by a team of SAP “Super Users” within the business community.  100% telecommuting position that must be performed in a state in which the company is approved to do business (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Nevada).

 

Additional Requirements: Job Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (or foreign degree equivalent) and progressive experience as follows: 5 years of full lifecycle SAP implementation experience including experience with SAP Integration and ASAP methodology; 5 years experience with SuccessFactors BTP; 5 years experience with Hana Cloud Platform; 5 years experience as moderator of BSI tax profile factory; 5 years experience with reporting, replications and configuration; 5 years experience building and configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central payroll on-prem to integrate with ADP including but not limited to custom programs and reports; 5 years experience with ABAP design and development, including ABAP Object Oriented programming; 5 years of development experience with SAP ECC HR on-prem system; 5 years experience developing, testing and deploying interfaces for integrating ECC with different third-party systems (ADP, Active payroll, Payflex, Empower) using IDOCs, BAPI, Flat files, Proxies; 5 years experience in ODATA services, UI5, ALE/IDOCS; 5 years experience with custom Interfaces using BDBG; 5 years of experience with data Conversions using BDCs, LSMW, BAPIs, P2P, SOAP Webservices; 3 years experience in SF RCM and ONB Onboarding.
