Canadian Imperial Holdings, Inc. seeks a Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management to develop, maintain, and enhance risk management related tools and applications. Analyze and recommend system changes to improve efficiency and accuracy of risk reports. Define and document requirements through user interviews, use case assessment, and analysis of key risk indicators.  Optimize availability and aggregation of risk data through data management, data architecture, and innovative design and development of new data platforms. Analyze large data sets to identify trends and assist management with data-driven decisions. Develop test plans and support testing effort to improve and automate processes. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, and 1 year of experience with continuous improvement and automation of existing processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, including Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and UiPath.  Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with application development using Dataverse and SharePoint; 1 year of experience developing user acceptance test criteria; 1 year of experience with visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau, and 1 year of experience with programming tools, including HTML, Java, JavaScript, XML, and SQL; and 1 year of experience working in banking industry or financial risk management.  Telecommuting benefit available.

Job location: New York, NY.  Rate of Pay: $75,500.00 to $125,000.00 per year.
