Title and Summary
Sr. Analyst, Finance Business Partner, Consumer ProductsOverview:The Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner, position is part of the Consumer Products and Processing (“CPP”) finance team and is responsible for finance support and analyses for the global core product business teams. CPP is responsible for global stewardship of the Company’s core product offerings including strategy, product design and value propositions for debit, credit and prepaid as well as management of Digital Solutions, Global Processing and Prepaid Management. The finance team partners with the CPP business to drive initiatives and support all financial aspects of the business strategies.
Role
•\tDevelopment of materials to support ongoing business reviews: Monthly Performance Packages, Operating Reviews, scorecard updates and KPI dashboard reviews, including push to automate and create efficiencies in the reporting processes.
•\tDevelop, track, and analyze key business performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
•\tCollaborate with accounting, reporting and FP&A teams on financial forecasts and maintain ongoing assessment of spending risks/opportunities.
•\tPartner with Engineering and Engineering Finance to review and prioritize investments in technology.
•\tSupport efforts to develop net revenues and profitability for Product categories.
•\tSupport effective cost management and efficiency efforts.
All About You
•\tA proven track record of accomplishments (Cards/Payments industry a plus but not required)
•\tDemonstrated thought leadership with the ability to translate raw data into meaningful information and to present complex information in a concise professional manner for senior management review.
•\tAdvanced modeling and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
•\tComfortable with occasional ambiguity and able to make calculated decisions with limited data.
•\tExcellent project management, follow up and organizational skills.
•\tStrong prioritization skills to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
•\tAbility to handle confidential information and materials with appropriate discretion.
•\tStrong verbal and written communication skills
•\tComfortable interacting with all levels of management
•\tBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline, MBA Preferred (preferably in Finance/General Management)
